Description: March of Dimes Canada and Shoppers Home Health Care hosted a Living with a Disability Information Day at the Ambassador Hotel and Conference Centre The event was aimed at individuals living with a disability, allied health professionals and service providers. Sessions included discussions on aging well, home safety and falls prevention, Tai Chi and Relaxation, accessing community services and supports, care of assistive devices, Ontario Disability Support Program and more.
