Pastachio crusted Ontario lamb loin with shimeji mushroom, lamb jus, braised leek, confit fingerlings, paired with Rosehall Run 2012 Pinot Noir "JCR" Estate Grown. The wine treated the lamb with respect. It was decedent!
Roasted pear with walnut tuile, marcarpone mouse, maple genoise. The wine paring was a Rosehall Run 2013 "The Finisher" Liquoreux Vin De Dessert Estate Grown. Gorgeous pairing!
