Description: Friends of Kingston and the Inner Harbour held a turtle awareness and an inter-generational intercultural evening to learn more about turtles and their importance in Indigenous culture and throughout Ontario. It was something for all ages. There were some fabulous displays, crafts and drumming for those who attended. There was also several turtle nests that were plenty and were protected for when they are ready to hatch. It was very informative, fun and a great way to learn about our history and of aboriginal people. Thank you for having snapd Kingston!
